1. The pull rope switch is installed in pairs on both sides of the belt conveyor. Drill a 12mm hole on the iron frame next to the belt conveyor and tighten the pull rope switch with M10 × 40mm bolts< br/>2、 Install one drawstring switch every 40 meters, and its position should be lower than the belt and convenient for on-site workers to use< br/>3、 The pull rope is tied to the first arm, and it is recommended to use plastic coated steel wire rope with a diameter of 3-5mm. The steel wire rope is fixed with a rope clamp, and a support ring is installed every 3 meters to prevent excessive sag of the steel wire rope and ensure reliable rope pulling action. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of the switch, try to tighten the rope as much as possible to reduce the sag deflection of the steel wire rope< br/>4、 For the climbing section of the belt conveyor, the distance between the pull rope switches and the length of the pull rope should be minimized as much as possible< br/>5、 Wiring: The rope switch is equipped with a 1.2-meter-long four core rubber sleeve cable when leaving the factory.
